Installation

  1. A solar panel system with a total power rating of 600 W can be connected to a single group in the fuse box. If you want more power, an additional group will have to be used.

  2. The support structure for solar panels can transfer outside noise into the home. This can be avoided by interrupting the support structure over the walls that partition the living units.

  3. With a sloped roof, you should allow for 1 m2 per solar panel. For a flat roof, you should allow for 2.5 m2 per panel. This is because on a flat roof the panels are propped up at an angle, which requires additional space to keep the panels out of each other’s shadows.
