How much can I save with a PV system?

 

For a grid-connected PV system in the Netherlands, 1000 Wp of solar panels typically supply around 800 kWh a year with optimal orientation and tilt. Under those conditions, you would save approximately € 175.00 every year. This calculation has not factored in any subsidies paid out per kWh produced by the solar panels.
